Qualifications

• 15+ years in discrete/web-handling manufacturing with automated equipment design/maintenance.
• 10+ years leading concurrent capital projects with scope, schedule, budget, and resource accountability.
• 10+ years of web-handling vision system programming environments (ISRA Vision, Dr. Schenk).
• 10+ years of SolidWorks CAD/CAE with Product Data Management (PDM).
• Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical with machine vision/inspection focus.
• Willingness to travel about 50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Own the program lead for large-scale, multi-site automation initiatives from concept to commissioning.
• Manage multiple capital projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Provide mechanical layout and equipment design expertise to sites.
• Collaborate with site stakeholders to deploy minimally invasive automated solutions.
• Set global equipment standards and drive deployment of technology.
• Support technical roadmap and capital project reviews (SOW, design reviews, IQ/OQ).
• Work with external suppliers to design, fabricate, and qualify equipment.
• Apply knowledge of electrical design and network architecture to projects.
• Provide automation expertise in robotics, barcoding, and inspection systems.
• Mentor and develop engineers across the global automation community.
