Job summary

Catalyx is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex programs in automation and logistics from initiation to closeout. You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, vendors, and customers to ensure alignment with program objectives.

You will guide Project Managers, manage schedules and budgets, and drive risk mitigation, governance, and stakeholder communications across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in automation, logistics, or related industries.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional programs with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen, risk management, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple related projects or large, complex programs from initiation through closeout.
• Define objectives, governance, priorities, and success criteria aligned with customer commitments.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers and cross-functional teams; ensure schedule, budget, and deliverables alignment.
• Develop integrated schedules, manage dependencies, resources, and critical paths.
• Maintain program financials: budgets, forecasts, revenue, costs, margins, invoicing.
• Coordinate with Finance and PMs to protect profitability and drive corrective actions.
