Catalyx in Horsham, PA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex programs across automation and logistics. You will coordinate PMs, engineering, and operations to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and risk are managed, with strong customer engagement and governance in place.

The role requires driving programs end-to-end, aligning with business objectives, and delivering on commitments across multiple projects with a proactive, risk-aware approach.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, PM, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, and change control.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee multiple related projects or large programs from initiation through closeout.
• Establish program objectives, strategies, governance, priorities, and success criteria.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers and ensure alignment of schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules and identify dependencies.
• Maintain financial accountability including budgets, forecasts, and margins.
• Coordinate resources across engineering, operations, and quality; resolve conflicts.
• Manage program-level risk and issue management with escalation as needed.
• Serve as senior customer-facing point of contact and maintain relationships.
• Facilitate governance meetings, reviews, and status updates for programs.
• Provide regular program-level reporting on health, performance, risks, and actions.
