Job summary

Oracle in the United States is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead strategic AI infrastructure and GPU delivery programs. You will translate complex requirements into execution plans, establish governance, and drive executive decision-making without direct authority.

Responsibilities include end-to-end program execution, cross-functional coordination, readiness reviews, and incident management to ensure reliable service delivery across current and next-gen AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional programs.
• Experience with AI infrastructure or GPU deployments.
• Strong governance, reporting, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of AI infrastructure and GPU delivery programs from planning to handoff.
• Manage multiple programs concurrently and align cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones, risks, owners and decisions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Cloud Platform, Networking, SRE, Data Center Ops, and leadership.
• Lead governance forums, readiness reviews, and cross-functional planning sessions.
• Monitor GPU fleet readiness, deployment progress, and platform health.
• Drive incident management, root-cause analysis, and long-term resolutions.
• Create executive dashboards communicating KPIs, risks, and financial status.
