GovCIO is hiring a Program Manager to coordinate modernizing health IT projects, including Ambient AI Scribe initiatives, for federal healthcare customers. You will align with technical leads, clinical SMEs, and business analysts to translate priorities into delivery plans.
The role requires extensive experience in technical PM, Agile/SAFe delivery, and strong communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Formación
- 8–12 years of information technology program management or related experience.
- Experience leading multiple software development teams or complex technical projects.
- Proficient with Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery and release management.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate delivery of application modernization and health IT projects.
- Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies across teams and ensure backlog readiness.
- Communicate status and risks to customers and leadership; drive issue resolution.
- Support adoption and measurable outcomes for AI-enabled clinical applications.
