Job summary

Enphase Energy, Inc. in Fremont, CA, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for IQ SST Product Development to drive the program from engineering development through NPI and high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management delivering complex hardware/software products from development to volume manufacturing.
• Experience bridging Engineering and Operations/Procurement across design reviews and supplier negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of hardware development lifecycles and embedded/firmware intro.
• Experience with supply chain fundamentals: sourcing, BOM management, lead times.
• Familiarity with compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements for power electronics/data centers.
• Excellent executive communication and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for IQ SST across design, validation, pilot builds, and volume ramp.
• Bridge Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing to translate requirements into plans.
• Maintain integrated schedule across milestones, qualification, and tooling.
• Drive component sourcing strategy and supplier qualification for high-volume BOMs.
• Plan line readiness, yield ramp, and capacity for large-scale production.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional risks before they affect schedule.
• Provide regular program status updates to senior leadership.
• Facilitate design reviews and change management to align scope and timing.
