Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. in the National Capital Region seeks a Senior Analyst to advance ML/AI initiatives across defense-focused programs.

You will design and deploy advanced models, guide AI/ML system improvements, and coordinate with engineers and stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role requires a strong background in ML, MLOps, and data governance, plus active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, physics, or engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 8 years in ML algorithms including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement.
• 10 years building MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, monitoring.
• 10 years in statistical analysis, experimental design, and data storytelling.
• 8 years in data governance and data quality.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy sophisticated ML and deep learning models.
• Lead continuous improvement and rearchitecture of AI/ML systems.
• Oversee end-to-end algorithm and software development from theory to deployment.
• Extract actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
• Communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
