Pearson seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead business transformation and AI enablement initiatives, translating complex requirements into practical plans. You will drive cross-functional programs from discovery to operations, balancing traditional project management with modernization and AI-enabled pilots.

The role emphasizes financial stewardship, governance, and data-driven decision making, with collaboration across Finance, Tech, and global teams.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success leading complex projects or programs with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational transformation, or comparable discipline.
Practical experience using AI, automation, analytics, or digital tools to improve business work with measurable outcomes.
Strong financial and data literacy, including ability to reconcile information and build clear analyses.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365; Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, Visio, SharePoint, PjM software, Azure DevOps; familiarity with LLMs and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional product-development and business-transformation initiatives from discovery through delivery and transition to operations.
Build integrated plans across waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery environments and tailor approach to the work.
Provide concise, evidence-based reporting for project teams, sponsors, governance forums, Finance, and senior leaders.
