Pearson is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the Enterprise PMO to drive business transformation and AI enablement across Finance, operations, and product development. You will lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, balancing delivery with modernization of processes and data infrastructure.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success leading complex projects or programs with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or transformational work.
Practical experience using AI, automation, analytics, or digital tools to improve business work with measurable outcomes.
Strong financial and data literacy, able to reconcile information and communicate implications clearly.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related PM tooling is required.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional product-development and business-transformation initiatives from discovery through delivery and transition to operations.
Build integrated plans across waterfall, Agile, and hybrid environments; adapt approach to the work.
Provide concise, evidence-based reporting for sponsors, governance forums, Finance, and senior leaders.
