Job summary

Adobe seeks a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of the Scan app within Document Cloud. You will lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering and marketing, aligning roadmaps and dependencies while driving data-informed, risk-aware decisions.

You will champion process improvements, manage change, and define outcome metrics to ensure engagement, quality and business impact post-launch. A strong track record in SaaS program management is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience as a Program Manager in SaaS or related industry.
• BS/BA or equivalent relevant years experience.
• Bias toward direct, risk-calibrated judgment over neutral status reporting.
• Demonstrable record to lead multi-functional teams through influence.
• Experience with development methodologies and tactics for roadmap, backlog and development management.
• Customer focus and ability to use data to validate products and features.
• Ambitious and proactive with strong bias to action.
• Excellent executive presentation skills and ability to distill complex tech into clear narratives.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic and tactical decisions to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Partner across product, marketing, business, engineering and other teams to handle dependencies and align schedules.
• Identify and implement process improvements to remove bottlenecks and improve value delivery.
