Job summary

Adobe’s Document Cloud group seeks a Senior Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of the Scan app, blending strategy, AI integration and cross-team collaboration.

You will drive strategic decisions, partner with product, engineering and marketing to align schedules, manage dependencies, and streamline processes to deliver customer value. Strong communication and leadership will be essential in guiding post-launch metrics and improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience as a Program Manager in SaaS or related field.
• Experience in product management, development or quality engineering with customer support.
• Bias toward direct, risk-calibrated judgment rather than status reports.
• Ability to lead multi-functional teams through influence, not direct reporting.
• Experience with roadmap, backlog and development management approaches.
• Customer focus with data-informed product validation.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic and tactical decisions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Partner with product, marketing, business, engineering and others to manage dependencies and schedules.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks to improve value delivery to customers.
