Job summary

Accenture Construct in the United States is seeking an experienced Construction Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects. You will oversee contract administration, budgets, and schedules, coordinating with clients, engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure alignment with objectives and regulatory standards.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in CM/engineering, 10+ years across higher-ed programs and preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing all project phases on large campus or higher education programs.
• Strong ability to interpret contracts, regulations and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering on time within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day contract administration and compliance with terms.
• Develop, manage, and track project budgets and financial reporting.
• Establish and maintain project schedules with milestones and critical path.
• Coordinate with design firms, consultants, and contractors on doc review.
• Lead risk analysis and mitigation planning.
• Provide leadership and training to project staff.
