Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Waco, TX is seeking a motivated Principal Program Manager to lead modification and maintenance programs within the AM&M group. You will oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance, and coordinate with IPT and customers on proposals and contract execution.

This role requires a strong leadership presence and the ability to drive cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include negotiating contract changes, preparing proposals, and ensuring program milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance of aircraft modification and maintenance contracts within the AM&M Programs Business Area.
• Lead proposals, business plans, work statements, specifications, and budgets; negotiate contract terms.
• Serve as customer contact for AM&M efforts; lead program review sessions with leadership and customer.
