Job summary

Lockheed Martin, a global leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Quality Program Manager to guide the Quality team for production programs within MDCS. You will drive the program’s quality plan, ensure compliance with industry standards, and coordinate cross-functionally to meet customer expectations from design through delivery.

You will lead hardware, systems, software, and supplier quality efforts, analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and communicate findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Production/Quality Processes.
• Proven project leadership.
• Experience with DoD programs and security clearance.
• Strong Customer Relationship Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Program Team across hardware, systems and software quality.
• Implement the program’s Quality plan and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage quality data analysis, identify trends, drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure product quality.
• Communicate quality status and risks to senior leadership.
