Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex multi-project programs.
• Strong leadership and change management experience.
• Analytical, risk management, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PM software.
