Job summary

Northrop Grumman, Mission Systems, is seeking a Manager, Programs Level 3 to lead a production team in a restricted organization on site in Baltimore, MD. You will drive program performance from inception through closeout, coordinating engineering, manufacturing and supply chain activities.

The role requires a strong background in DoD contracts, earned value management, and cost accounting, with a focus on schedule, budget, risk, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years’ experience managing DoD contracts or projects.
• US Citizenship with an active DoD Secret Clearance within the last 6 years.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing cost/schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule and technical goals.
• Manage multiple firm-fixed-price production programs and linked development efforts.
• Serve as primary customer contact for program activities and negotiations.
• Coordinate proposals, budgets and change management with stakeholders.
