This role leads global programs, change initiatives, and partner delivery models across the Customer Engagement PMO, driving operational excellence, AI enablement, and strategic execution across the Banking line of business.
Our Customer Engagement PMO, Banking team is responsible for leading global program delivery, change management, and partner governance across Moody's Banking line of business. We drive operational consistency, strategic go-to-market execution, and continuous improvement, ensuring that Moody's banking solutions reach clients effectively and with measurable impact. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $119,100.00 - $172,650.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
