Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing engineering management.
• In-depth product manufacturing comprehension including rationales and limitations.
• Expert working knowledge of manufacturing systems.
• Proficiency with Lean & Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Experience with project management, time management, and delegation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to infrastructure, process engineering, and test engineering teams.
• Drive operational excellence projects to reduce cycle times and improve process reliability, flow, productivity, quality, and cost.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues arising from operations.
• Provide resource/labor and production capacity analysis.
• Evaluate and approve manufacturing infrastructure needs and costs.
