Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead planning and execution of development and production programs, ensure milestones, control costs, and manage risks across multiple projects while aligning with strategic goals.

You will interface directly with customers, oversee multiple projects toward strategic goals, and mentor junior staff while maintaining adherence to performance plans and gross margin targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience.
• Minimum Secret Security Clearance required.
• Export-controlled material handling may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategy for planning and execution of development and production programs.

• Act as a project manager or formal mentor for junior staff.
