Unigen Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead executive governance of the product portfolio and key customer accounts. You will champion financial governance, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration at the highest level.

You will mentor Senior PMs, PMs, and PMCs, drive program profitability, and ensure On-Time Delivery and strategic alignment with customer leadership and Unigen executive teams.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in program management in an EMS or contract manufacturing environment, with proven leadership of PM teams.
• Financial & Commercial Acumen: Expertise in P&I, balance sheets, profitability drivers, claims, and contract negotiations.
• Software & Systems: Proficient in MS Office; strong understanding of ERP, PLM, and data reporting tools.
• Leadership: Strong negotiation, analytical, and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Executive Customer Management: Escalation point for accounts, lead QBRs, scorecards, and customer relationships.
• Governance & Negotiations: Direct contract negotiations and terms with customer stakeholders, ensure alignment with leadership.
• Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage P&I, balance sheet performance, profitability drivers, and revenue forecasting.
• Matrix Execution: Lead cross-functional operations across production, planning, materials, quality, engineering, and business development.
