Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 8 years of program management experience in manufacturing or EMS environments.
• Prior supervisory/management experience is required.
• Proven experience managing customer relationships, program execution, and account profitability.
• Experience supporting NPI and contract manufacturing operations is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Program Management team; coach and manage staff.
• Serve as primary escalation point for customer concerns and program issues.
• Direct successful launch and execution of new customer programs and NPIs.
• Coordinate product implementation plans and cross-functional readiness.
• Oversee BOMs, production standards, and ERP-based orders; ensure MRP loading.
• Lead contract reviews, pricing analysis, and commercial negotiations.
