Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of program management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Leadership and liaison with customers.
• Experience with safety practices and JIT principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities of the Program Management Team.
• Define customer expectations for Quality, Cost and Delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and lead monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Manage overall profit and loss of customer accounts.
• Track and collect costs including PPV, tariffs, expedited freight, NRE, rework, overtime.
• Coordinate start-up of new programs and product implementation plans.
• Monitor BOM loading, standards and orders in ERP system.
• Interface with internal technical functions to meet contract requirements.
