NMB Technologies Corporation in San Jose, CA seeks an Engineering Program Manager to oversee engineering and QA issues during development and sustaining work for customer accounts. The role requires coordinating across engineering, QA, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet requirements and timelines.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with OEMs and internal teams, prepare status reports, and lead quality improvements and design handoffs to production.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of engineering experience, including supervision.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional organization.
• Proficient with MS Office; SolidWorks and Minitab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program & Team Support - assist Account Managers and Business Unit Manager.
• Serve as main technical and project contact for OEMs, Tiers, and stakeholders.
• Lead communications with customer engineering and QA staff and NMB teams.
• Own communication and closure for PCN, ECR, ECN with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver project status, risk, and findings presentations.
• Cooperatively design motors and fans with customers, aligning design and production requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and milestones.
• Drive closure for quality issues with customer and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical support on product applications and manufacturing capabilities.
