You will partner with Product Management, Technology, and senior stakeholders to translate roadmaps into execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, project management, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive project management, program management, or related experience.
• Experience leading complex programs with multiple products and teams.
• Experience partnering with Product Management and software development teams.
• Experience in Agile product and software development environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of large, complex programs across products and teams.
• Translate roadmaps into coordinated execution plans with stakeholders.
• Establish integrated program plans tying priorities, delivery, readiness and milestones.
• Oversee governance, risks, issues, and escalation for programs.
• Provide executive communication on program health, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Coach and mentor Program Managers and delivery teams.
