Job summary

Goosehead Insurance Agency seeks a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the product teams responsible for the end-to-end client lifecycle in our digital insurance marketplace. You will guide Lead Acquisition & Partnerships and Service & Retention, building a connected product ecosystem across acquisition, service, renewal, and retention experiences.

As a player/coach, you will set strategy, coach product talent, and align roadmaps with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships,

Qualifications

8-12+ years of product management experience, including experience leading Product Managers or product teams.
Demonstrated experience owning a significant product portfolio or multiple related product domains.
Experience building customer-facing digital products, marketplaces, acquisition platforms, or lifecycle experiences.

Responsibilities

Define the overarching product strategy for acquisition, lead management, client service, renewal, and retention.
Establish a connected roadmap across the client lifecycle that aligns product investments with growth and retention goals.
Lead product capabilities supporting lead capture, ingestion, enrichment, qualification, routing, and distribution.
Drive post-bind client experiences including service, policy management, renewal, and retention with digital self-service where possible.
Connect acquisition and post-bind experiences to create a consistent client journey across the insurance lifecycle.
Coach and develop Product Managers and establish expectations for strategy, discovery, roadmapping, and delivery.
