Job summary

Denver Public Schools seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of Discovery Link sites, ensuring high-quality programming for children and families.

You will lead a team of staff and volunteers, manage enrollment and partnerships, and coordinate with host schools to align discipline and curriculum with the school day. A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is required, and Denver residence is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
  • Experience leading diverse teams in educational or youth programs.
  • Commitment to equity and positive youth development.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure program goals are met.
  • Direct staff planning, curriculum delivery, centers, trips and enrichment activities.
  • Manage attendance, staff ratios and payroll aspects.
  • Oversee partnerships, volunteers, enrollment, and program registrations.
  • Lead staff coaching, performance reviews and professional development.
  • Coordinate with host schools and district leadership on policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Colorado child care licensing guidelines and DELCS requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication with Regional Managers and site staff.
