Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high quality site programs.
• Oversee program operations and staffing to ensure timely payroll and attendance reporting.
• Supervise and coach staff; hire for site staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager on licensing and compliance for staff records.
• Foster school cooperation and communication with principals, guests, and host schools.
• Promote best programming practices and ensure district policies are followed.
