Job summary

Denver Public Schools is seeking a program supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of an extended learning site, ensuring timely delivery of curriculum, safe supervision of staff, and strong alignment with equity and student needs.

You will coordinate site staff, manage attendance, partner with host schools, and communicate program updates to families, while maintaining compliance with state guidelines and district policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating programs.
• Commitment to equity and student-focused education.
• Ability to live and work in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day duties of an operational unit and ensure completion of daily activities.
• Support and guide staff in curriculum planning and program delivery across the year and during camps.
• Manage attendance, staff ratios, and program enrollment while coordinating with partnerships and volunteers.
• Oversee site staff performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with district and state policies.
