GFT is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Power Delivery Practice in Valley Forge, PA. You will lead diverse design teams, drive project delivery, and manage client relationships with a focus on profitability and growth.

Ideal candidates bring 18+ years in power/utility, strong leadership, and fluency with tools like BlueBeam Revu, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. A PE license or MBA is preferred; bachelor's in engineering is preferred. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred
• 18+ years' experience conceptualizing and delivering projects in the power/utility sector
• Familiarity with program project types and requirements
• Familiarity with BlueBeam Revu, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
• Talented communicator, both verbal and written
• Able to work collaboratively with staff and clients on multiple projects
• Advanced level knowledge of industry standards and codes
• Organized individual with a positive team building spirit with a collaborative one team attitude.
