Expedition Therapeutics seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a Phase 2 multi-indication small molecule program, aligning Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, and Supply Chain across geographies. You will shape integrated development plans, manage risks, and drive decisions to enable potential Phase 3 studies and additional POC work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 10-15+ years of experience in program management or cross-functional drug development roles in biotech/pharma.
• Experience with end-to-end drug development, including Clinical, Regulatory, and CMC/supply considerations.
• Experience with small molecule multi-indication programs strongly preferred.
• Ability to operate in uncertain, evolving environments with scenario planning and adaptive strategy.
• Experience supporting clinical trial execution, including site activation and drug supply logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program management for a Phase 2, multi-indication small molecule program.
• Develop and maintain integrated development plans for multiple future scenarios including Phase 3 and additional POC studies.
• Drive alignment across Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Supply Chain and Pre-Clinical/Research teams.
