Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional drug development programs.
• Ability to drive programs from preclinical through late-stage clinical development.
• Strong organizational skills and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through drug development stages.
• Drive end-to-end program lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Oversee CMC timelines and deliverables across multiple suppliers.
• Coordinate with nonclinical toxicology, PK/PD, safety pharmacology, and ADME studies.
• Partner with Regulatory Affairs on regulatory strategy and NDA timelines.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with budgets and resources.
• Track milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide updates to executive leadership and governance committees.
• Identify and mitigate risks across technical, regulatory, operational, and financial dimensions.
