Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in program management or drug development roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing mid-to-late stage clinical development programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end drug development.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional program management for a Phase 2 small molecule program.
• Drive alignment across Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, and Supply Chain.
• Oversee operational elements supporting clinical studies.
