Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking an L5 Program Leader for the Global Earner Experience team to own end-to-end Earner journeys across the Delivery business, diagnose root causes, and define a portfolio of solutions that reduce defects and improve outcomes.

You will collaborate across Product, Policy, Operations, Analytics, and regional teams, shape new experiences before launch, drive automation and policy transformation, and build operating models that scale across Delivery and Mobility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of program management, product operations, strategy & operations, customer experience, or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with technology-forward customer support solutions and policy automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Earner journeys and drive defect reduction across product, policy, operations, and support.
• Shape product planning, launch readiness, and CX opportunities with cross-functional partners.
• Lead automation and AI-enabled improvements in Earner support while ensuring policy alignment.
• Build scalable operating models and repeated workflows across global and regional teams.
