Job summary

CPH is a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic commercial development programs from business development through successful project delivery and client relationship growth in Sanford, FL.

You will coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and advance market expansion across Florida and the Southeast, partnering with executive leadership to build profitable programs and lasting client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in A/E consulting, engineering, construction, commercial development, or related professional services.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex commercial development programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience developing and managing strategic client relationships.
• Experience with proposals, scope development, fee development, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing financial performance and profitability of projects or programs.
• Experience leading and developing teams of technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex commercial building development programs.
• Provide overall leadership for project planning, execution, and client communication.
• Maintain accountability for program scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate resources across Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP, Civil Engineering, Surveying, and other disciplines.
• Establish program priorities, delivery strategies, milestones, and performance expectations.
• Identify and address project risks, scope changes, resource constraints, and client concerns.
• Ensure projects are delivered per CPH standards, contractual requirements, and client expectations.
• Promote consistent project management practices and operational excellence.
