Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in analytics delivery, change management, process improvement, project management or related field required.
• Certification in PMP, Agile (CSM/SAFe), Lean Six Sigma, CAPM or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams across technology implementations, process changes and cross-functional operations.
• Drive process improvement, standardisation and delivery effectiveness.
• Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Applies strong analytical problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly.
• Uses project tools effectively, including Microsoft Project and Excel.
