Job summary

Zero Homes is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery and scaling of our utility programs. You will own targets, design programs, and work with external stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals, reporting progress to leadership and driving process improvements.

This role emphasizes risk management, scheduling, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and strategic vision within an in-office setting.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in a cross-functional, strategic operational role.
• Excellent organization, record-keeping, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills to distill technical jargon.
• Great presentation and public speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and scaling of utility programs with cross-functional teams.
• Own program targets, design, and collaborate with external stakeholders to hit goals.
• Set strategic vision for each program and ensure delivery across contractual obligations, milestones and revenue targets.
• Manage risk, scheduling, stakeholder relations, and regulatory complexity; report progress to leadership.
