Job summary

Tract is seeking a results-oriented utility development leader to join our Energy team. This newly created role will own utility engagement, infrastructure coordination, and power delivery execution within designated markets.

The Director will lead complex electrical infrastructure projects, build relationships with utilities, regulators, and engineering partners, and drive interconnection, permitting, and delivery across multiple data center campuses.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in electrical, mechanical, civil, or power engineering, economics, energy management, or related field.
• 7–10 years delivering technical infrastructure and utility contracting.
• Experience with HV/MV infrastructure and interconnection processes.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term power development strategy in assigned state markets.
• Lead engagement with electric utilities to develop HV/MV infrastructure.
• Manage interconnection, studies, and regulatory engagement at state level.
• Oversee siting and construction coordination across campus developments.
• Manage multi-million-dollar capex projects across sites.
• Report status to VP and senior management and elevate issues.
