RTI International is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of therapeutic, medical device, or diagnostic product development projects within the Global Health Technologies Group. You will guide activities with RTI scientists, NIH stakeholders, CROs, and consultants to translate objectives into actionable plans and milestones.

You will manage risk, budgets, and schedules while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, contributing your expertise to program success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with extensive program development experience, or an advanced degree with substantial experience.
• Experience developing therapeutics, medical devices, diagnostics, or combination products.
• Ability to plan and coordinate complex development activities and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with ability to convey technical information to varied audiences.
• Strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and organizational boundaries.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of concurrent medical product development projects, aligning scientific objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Define studies, tasks, milestones, and dependencies with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and ensure accountability for commitments.
• Identify risks, anticipate delays, and coordinate mitigation with experts and partners.
• Provide judgment on priorities and escalate complex issues requiring leadership.
• Support transition of program responsibilities through knowledge transfer and stakeholder continuity.
