RTI International seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead therapeutic, medical device, or diagnostic product development within its Global Health Technologies Group in the United States. You will coordinate science-driven projects across sponsors, CROs, and consultants to translate objectives into actionable plans and milestone-driven execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 20+ years in medical device or therapeutics product development.
• Advanced degree pathways with substantial relevant experience.
• Experience planning and coordinating complex development activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of concurrent medical product development projects.
• Define studies, tasks, milestones, and dependencies with multisector teams.
• Develop, track, and maintain project plans and budgets.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation with scientific experts and partners.
• Guide priorities, escalate where leadership is needed, ensure continuity.
• Support knowledge transfer and transition of program responsibilities.
