RFCUNY's Research Foundation at Queens College seeks a Program Manager for the Spring Forward/Career Launch initiative within the Community & Social Services Hub. The role combines program management, partner liaison, student recruitment, onboarding, and data-driven evaluation to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years managing complex workforce development programs.
• Excellent administrative and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Zoom, Slack, Canva, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Spring Forward/Career Launch programs across phases.
• Recruit, onboard, train students and employer partners.
• Track metrics and prepare impact reports.
• Maintain data records and prepare progress-to-goal updates.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
