Job summary

ALOM is a global, high-volume supply chain solutions provider seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive ERP/WMS/OMS/TMS initiatives across the enterprise. You will translate business needs to engineering, manage cross-functional programs, apply Lean and AI-enabled tooling to improve efficiency, and lead training and change management to adopt new systems.

This role requires 7+ years in supply chain tech, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations tech.
• Hands-on with at least two ERP/WMS/OMS/TMS; all four preferred.
• Experience with AI/automation in business processes.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or value-stream mapping experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs end-to-end.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop program charters, roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
• Manage risk, scope, and change across concurrent workstreams.
• Create clear process documentation for as-is and to-be states.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Lead engineering backlog, sprint planning, and UAT oversight.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to align solutions with business needs.
