King County seeks a Program/Project Manager III to lead the Emergency Community Health Outreach (ECHO) program, driving planning, policy research, and equitable EMS outreach. You will coordinate with fire departments, healthcare facilities, and community partners to advance data-driven strategies and multi-year growth.

The role requires on-site three days per week with hybrid scheduling and travel within the region. Strong leadership, equity, and contract management experience are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, social sciences, or related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible project/program management experience.
• Experience working with diverse communities, including immigrant, refugee, LEP populations.
• Experience managing contracts, budgets, and multi-partner initiatives.
• Strong skills in data interpretation, evaluation, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

• Lead ECHO program, align with EMS levy priorities and equity goals.
• Develop multi-year program strategies, work plans, and performance measures.
• Provide leadership in design, implementation, and evaluation of community-based EMS outreach.
