Job summary

Impact ES Vancouver is seeking a Program Manager to lead and manage customer programs in our EMS environment. You will bridge customer expectations with business deliverables, drive profitability, and maintain high customer satisfaction while leading cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and proactive problem solving to keep programs on schedule and within budget. Travel to customer locations may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in program management or related roles within an EMS or related industry.
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Willingness to travel periodically to customer locations.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality) to execute programs on time and within budget.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and ensure clear, ongoing communication throughout the program lifecycle.
• Conduct regular program reviews to assess progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
• Coordinate all interdepartmental activities to meet product development timelines, delivery, and quality metrics.
