Job summary

Triangle DeCon Services Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a senior construction and program management leader to oversee large public works and educational facilities programs valued at over $50 million.

You will manage OARs, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and dispute resolution across complex projects. Experience with DSA, Design-Build, BIM, LEED, and educational facilities is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years full-time project/construction management experience.
• Ten (10) of the 20 years managing large programs with projects >$50 million.
• Five (5) years in educational facility construction or public works or large commercial projects.
• Degree in architecture, engineering or construction management.
• CCM credential may substitute for the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manages and provides construction oversight to OARs.
• Resolves complex construction project issues and disputes.
• Develops and monitors performance of OARs relative to projects.
• Reviews progress against construction schedules and costs.
• Reviews and analyzes change orders and their impact.
• Assists with bid and contract planning.
• Ensures proper administration of contracts with architects/consultants.
