Qualifications

• Minimum 17 years full-time project/construction management experience.
• 5 years managing large programs with projects >$50M (not cumulative).
• Experience in educational facilities, public works, or large commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex construction project issues and disputes.
• Develop, assign, and monitor performance of OARs for projects.
• Review schedules and budgets; monitor variances and change orders.
• Assist with bid/contract planning and ensure alignment with district needs.
