Triangle DeCon Services Inc. in Southern California seeks a seasoned construction and project management professional to oversee large-scale public and private projects. You will lead pre-construction through close-out, coordinate with agencies, and manage budgets over $10M while ensuring schedule integrity and compliance with DSA processes.

Strong leadership and BIM/LEED experience preferred. The role requires a bachelor’s in architecture/engineering/construction management or CCM credential,

Formación

• Ten (10) years full-time paid professional experience in Construction/Project Management.
• Experience coordinating complex projects over $10M is required.
• CCM credential or eligibility is preferred/required within one year.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the pre-construction, bid and award, construction and close-out phases for assigned projects.
• Reviews pre-construction documents and comments to Designer.
• Plans, organizes, and prepares reports on project status and progress for upper management.
• Coordinates with public agencies and district staff during pre-construction and construction.
• Manages the project budget and schedule, monitors monthly budget and progress.
• Manages daily activities of the contractor, reviews submittals and RFCs.
• Reviews substitution submittals to ensure requirements are met.
• Negotiates Contractor Change Orders and addresses schedule impacts.
• Monitors payments to contractors, architects, engineers and others.
• Administers Professional Service Agreements and coordinates delivery of fixtures/equipment.
• Monitors project close-out with DSA and financial close-out.
