Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of full-time construction/PM experience on commercial/public facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management.
• CCM credential may substitute for education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-construction, bid and award, construction and close-out phases.
• Review pre-construction documents and provide coordination input.
• Prepare reports on status and progress for upper management.
• Coordinate with public agencies during pre-construction and construction.
• Manage project budget and schedules to meet District standards.
• Coordinate contractor submittals, RFCs and change orders.
