Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead multiple concurrent programs across cross-functional teams in Kentucky. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve service levels while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop strategies to realize improvements and align resources across projects.
• Manage multiple projects through full life cycle: requirements, plans, schedules, resources, budget, deployment, closure.
• Translate contracts and regulatory requirements into clear scope, milestones, ownership and outcomes.
• Use AI, automation, dashboards, and Microsoft 365 tools to summarize information and reduce repetitive work.
• Apply standard project management tools to plan and monitor progress and risk.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including actions, issues and risk mitigation.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive summaries.
