Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a seasoned project/program manager to oversee multiple concurrent initiatives across cross-functional teams. You will translate contracts and regulatory requirements into actionable scope and milestones, while leveraging AI, automation, dashboards, and Microsoft 365 tools to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive work.

The role requires 5+ years of project implementation or program management experience, with preference for managed care or prescription benefit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project implementation, product or program management experience.
• Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities and align resources.
• Manage multiple projects through full lifecycle including requirements gathering, plans, schedules, resources, budgets, and execution.
• Translate contracts, regulatory requirements, business objectives into clear scope, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and company objectives.
• Provide status updates and executive summaries to stakeholders.
