Job summary

Copeland LP is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the Sidney, OH area to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs across Cold Chain. You will deliver hands-on leadership, coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance, and drive readiness from development through transition to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and achieving business outcomes.
• Strong planning, risk, change control and governance skills.
• Ability to tie delivery decisions to financial and operational readiness.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Experience with project management systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution with integrated plans covering scope, schedule, cost and milestones.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and shared risks.
• Lead governance, baselines, and change assessments with clear options.
• Coordinate development, manufacturing, supply chain, and go-to-market readiness.
• Summarize program health, risks, and decisions for senior leaders.
• Mentor PM colleagues and drive process and tool improvements.
